A place to
belong. A place to become.

For more than two decades, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Maryland have given children across Calvert, St. Mary's, and Charles counties what every young life needs most — a safe room, a steady mentor, and the chance to be inspired.

The Pledge

To every young person in Southern Maryland — regardless of background, regardless of zip code, regardless of what the world has handed you so far — there is a Club, and at that Club there is a chair, and that chair is yours.

This is the promise our staff makes when the bell rings each afternoon, and the promise our donors and volunteers keep when they show up every season. It's not abstract. It's a room with a roof, a hot meal, a tutor at the table, a coach on the court, and someone who knows your name.

Five Doors. Five Communities. One Mission.

Each Club is run by a credentialed Site Director, staffed daily by youth-development professionals, and built around the daily rhythms of the kids and families it serves.
